The My Family brand makes the every day fun and fabulously coordinated! What family doesn’t want the best for their baby, toddler or pre-schooler. My Family Stainless Steel drink bottles are made from super safe food grade 18/8 stainless steel and of course our accessories are free from BPA and our inks are non-toxic.

Flip the Lid
Our range consists of 400ml bottles sold with a Sippy Lid suitable for first sippers. Our 500ml and 600ml bottles ship with a Big Gulp lid made for bigger kids who need thirst gone in a flash. Sippy Lids are available separately if spills are an issue and of course Big Gulp Lids are available separately.
NOTE: Does not fit 400ml Unicorn, Trex, Foxy, Llama, Shark & Traffic.
- Hand wash in hot soapy water
- Use a bottle brush for Sippy Lids
- Not suitable for freezing, dishwasher or microwave
Our range is built to last, but we can’t guarantee that our products can withstand tantrums and drops from the top of the cubby house. Our products have a manufacturer's warranty of twelve months. This covers any manufacturing defects such as issues with parts or materials. Everyday wear and tear, and care issues including ripping, spills, mould and stains (i.e issues NOT caused by a fault in the manufacturing process) are not covered under manufacturer warranty.
If you are having any issues with your My Family products, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may require photos of products to valuate if it has been mishandled. Replacement parts will be utilised to address defects when available.
Please supply us with your order number or proof of purchase and photos of the fault when you email us. :)
